Our House

I have never been a decorator.  My home before the fire 6 yrs ago was more homey but nothing to write home about.  After my home was rebuilt, Max's mental state was at a point that I decided to keep the home clutter free without much on walls or lying around.  But Max has been living in his own home for well over a year and even though I was really sick during this year, I really did nothing to make our house more inviting.  My sisters' homes are very comfortable with nice decor.  I really have no clue what to do to make my house prettier without breaking the bank.  Luckily, my daughter Bailey inherited more of her aunts traits and wanted to pretty up the house a little.  She assured me that the house just needed "little touches" and at a local store they had all their fall decor 50% off.  So she took me there and we picked up a few things.  and Bailey was right.  Adding new items to a few old in a few areas did make a difference.  So thank you Bailey.

Nice autumn decorations! I really like the wagon with the leaves.

Your daughter was right. Just a few little things can brighten a place up.
