This Week

So what is on my agenda for the week?  Nothing spectacular.

Today, I am hoping to go to Salem to find a wall hanging for my dining area.  I was trying to find a colorful oil painting that I could afford.  But alas, no luck.  Decided to go a different direction.  World Market has this great interconnected frames that I could display my photos in.  I will check Target first though.  Sometimes they have a similar item a bit cheaper.  Also, if I can catch it between showers, I need to change my chickens nest bedding.  Ran out of chips a few weeks ago and had been using hay.  That does not work well, so I bought the bedding yesterday and need to get this done.  Also, my Aunt Linda is selling her RV and brought me a lot of great items to use in Marlin.  So I will go through these.  Kinda excited about this.  Much of what she brought me is better quality than what I have been making do with. i.e. Toaster, Utensils, and things I did not have, IE. blender, electric blanket for mom:)

Tuesday, I need to start doing a little extra cleaning this week.  I am having Thanksgiving dinner for my extended family.  Don't feel the need to spruce up too much but there are certain areas that are a little embarrassing.  This will go on all week in my spare time, as "digestion" allows.

Wednesday night is my photography class.  I am so looking forward to this, and hope my "digestion" allows.  Normally, if I really wanted to attend, I would fast for it.  But because of my Friday, this would be too hard on my health.

Thursday, is up in the air.  Probably buy my turkey and get anything else for Thanksgiving I can get early.

Friday, I have my quarterly checkup with my Cancer Surgeon.  This is different from my Chemo quarterly checkups.  It is a very invasive exam, so I will try to fast on Thursday, do an enema an hour before I leave for Portland, than go to see him.  Love the doctor.  Hate the exam.:)

Sounds like such a nice week to me - well, except the Dr. part. I hope everything turns out ok for you. Enjoy your week!

I hope the doctor appointment goes well! The photography class sounds like lots of fun. I've wanted to do that for a long time, just haven't been able to fit it into the schedule.
